Harbor Tycoon

Harbor Tycoon puts you in charge of a growing port, and the core loop is a satisfying logistics puzzle. Ships arrive, cargo needs unloading, and your cranes and trucks are never quite enough. Keeping everything flowing without a traffic jam is the whole game.

Early on it is calm. Later, when three ships dock at once and a storm is rolling in, it becomes a genuine test of planning. I appreciated that the challenge comes from your own layout choices rather than fake difficulty.

It leans on some idle mechanics, so it keeps ticking while you are away, but it never felt like it was pressuring me to spend. A solid pick if you like spreadsheets disguised as a game, and I mean that as a compliment.
