Coin Strike

★★★★☆ 4.4 Editor rating

Coin Strike is one of those games that looks simple for about thirty seconds, then quietly eats an evening. You flick coins across a board, trying to line up clean hits that set off chain reactions. The physics feel weighty in a satisfying way, so a good shot has real punch to it.

Control is pure one-finger drag and release. You pull back, you see the predicted arc, you let go. The game layers on new board shapes and moving obstacles so the same gesture keeps meaning something different. I liked that the difficulty creeps up instead of slapping you.

What stuck with me is the rhythm. Rounds are short, restarts are instant, and there is almost no waiting around. It is the kind of thing I reach for in a queue, then realize I have played twenty rounds. The visuals are clean and the sound design gives every good hit a little reward.
